Transparency is at the core of everything we do. Please review these guidelines carefully before applying.
Disclosure Requirements
- ◆You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with PowerRoots in all promotional content, in compliance with the Australian Association of National Advertisers (AANA) Code of Ethics.
- ◆Use hashtags such as #ad, #affiliate, or #sponsored where applicable.
- ◆Disclosure must be prominent and not hidden in a long list of hashtags.
Prohibited Activities
- ◆Bidding on PowerRoots brand keywords (e.g., 'PowerRoots', 'Power Roots') in paid search advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
- ◆Sending unsolicited emails (spam) promoting your affiliate link.
- ◆Making false, misleading, or exaggerated health claims about PowerRoots products.
- ◆Creating fake reviews or testimonials.
- ◆Using cookie stuffing, adware, or any deceptive tracking methods.
- ◆Promoting PowerRoots on websites containing illegal, violent, discriminatory, or sexually explicit content.
TGA Compliance
- ◆All promotional content must comply with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) advertising guidelines.
- ◆You must not claim that PowerRoots products can diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- ◆Stick to the approved product descriptions and claims provided in our marketing assets.
- ◆When in doubt, contact us before publishing — we're here to help you stay compliant.
Content Guidelines
- ◆Represent PowerRoots in a positive and professional manner at all times.
- ◆Do not alter the PowerRoots logo, brand colours, or product images without prior approval.
- ◆Ensure all content is original and does not infringe on third-party intellectual property.
- ◆Tag @powerroots in social media posts featuring our products.
Commission & Payment Terms
- ◆Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount (excluding GST, shipping, and any discounts applied).
- ◆Minimum payout threshold: $50 AUD.
- ◆Payments are processed monthly, on the 15th of each month, for the previous month's confirmed sales.
- ◆Payment methods: PayPal or Australian bank transfer (EFT).
- ◆Returns and refunds will result in commission reversal for the affected orders.
- ◆PowerRoots reserves the right to withhold payment if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Termination
- ◆Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with 14 days written notice.
- ◆PowerRoots reserves the right to immediately terminate affiliates who violate these terms.
- ◆Upon termination, all pending commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid within 30 days.
- ◆You must cease using all PowerRoots branding, affiliate links, and marketing materials upon termination.

Absolutely! We encourage you to share across all your platforms — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blogs, podcasts, and more. The more authentic touchpoints, the better.
Once approved, you'll get access to a real-time affiliate dashboard where you can track clicks, conversions, and earnings.
Don't worry — we provide feedback on why an application wasn't approved and what you can do to reapply in the future. We want to help you grow with us.
Affiliate codes cannot be stacked with other discount codes or site-wide promotions unless specifically authorised by PowerRoots.
Affiliates receive product samples upon approval. Ambassadors receive a free monthly shipment, and Elite Partners receive the full product range.
